All customers are required to provide current rabies and distemper vaccinations. This is a State of Iowa law and services can not be performed with out both vaccinations being current!
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation policy is a standard and necessary practice for a business that operates by appointments. A specific time has been reserved for you and your cat and your arrival has been prepared for.
We enforce a $30 cancellation fee per cat, which is collected at the time the appointment is booked and will be applied to your grooming service and taken off of your total, at the time the service is completed. The $30 booking fee is not the full price of your service.
We will reschedule appointments without a cancellation fee if done within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours before your appointment, your $30 booking fee will be put on a Smitten Kitten gift card for your future use. We understand and will waive the fee for a medical emergency or contagious illness and ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
